A new series of explosion-proof stations is used to control and monitor AC/DC electrical and lighting circuits, as well as to protect circuit connections from mechanical damages, dust and moisture when they are installed in explosive gas and dust environments (indoors and outdoors installation in places where the formation of explosive mixtures is possible). The products are supplied with one, two, or three control/indication elements. The corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy, specially designed to manufacture the housings, makes the control stations particularly resistant to corrosion, salt mist and other chemicals, which became a distinctive feature of the new series.

The controls are made of corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy with silicone seal; the operability is over 100,000 pressing cycles. The kit includes special mounting brackets for easy installation. The control station has the holes for explosion-proof cable entries suitable for various types of cable, plugs, and adapters from one to two pieces on its sides. To ensure tightness we use frost-resistant silicone, which meets the requirements of IP66 according to GOST14254. Two points for connection the internal and external grounding clamp are convenient to connect the grounding cable. Grounding terminal and screws are made of stainless steel.
