Letters of Exemption for "RAM power" and "RAM mcc" systems

In connection with the frequent requests from partners regarding the technical requirements of Federal Law No. 123-F3 dated July 22, 2008 Technical Regulations on Fire Safety Requirements, DKC received letters of exemption to the following groups of "RAM power" and "RAM mcc" products:

• ASSEMBLIES based on "RAM mcc" solutions for control systems and  electric motors protection;
• "RAM power" ASSEMBLIES for power distribution and control systems;
• "RAM power" functional blocks and sets.

According to the above mentioned documents,  the Federal Law No. 123-FZ dated July 22, 2008 doesn't contain:

1. Fire safety requirements for these product groups;

2. These groups are not included in the list of products that require certification or declaration for placing under the customs regulations, providing for the possibility of alienation or use of these products in accordance with the purpose in the customs territory of the Russian Federation;

3. These product groups are not subject to mandatory confirmation of compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 123-F3 dated July 22, 2008 "Technical Regulations on Fire Safety Requirements" in accordance with Government Decree No. 241 dated March 17, 2009.
